This tutorial assumes you have a Good working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
Paint Shop Pro (I used 9 but can be done in any version)
Tube of Choice (I used the Gorgeous artwork of ©Keith Garvey)
You can Purchase a Licence to use his Artwork Here
Font of Choice (I Used FortySecondStreetHB)
My Divalicious Scrap kit. It costs $3.00 (£1.51gbp). You can get it Here Under Twinkys Scraps
Mask by Becky and Pink Stone: Here

(You can drag this arrow as you go so you know where you are in the tutorial)
DOM Drag & Drop script from Dynamic Drive

Upzip the Mask by Becky and the Pink Stone and open in psp, minimise for now.

Open up a Blank Canvas, 500 x 500 and flood fill with White.

Now copy and paste on the Divalicious_FramebyTwinky, center and resize if necessary.

Copy and paste on your paper of choice. Position underneath the frame. Using your rectangle selection too, crop of the edges of the paper so it fits neatly inside the frame.

Again choose a paper of choice and copy and paste onto your image, position just above the white layer, underneath the frame and the first paper.
Apply the mask. Layers --> New Mask Layer--> From Image and choose it in the drop down menu. Merge group the mask layer in your layer palette and resize if necessary.

Choose a large flower and copy and paste onto your image, resize, add a drop shadow and position on the left underneath the frame. Do the same with a second flower, this one slightly smaller than the first.

This is what it should look like now:

Copy and paste on some more of the elements, I put the pink buckled ribbon across the bottom, I also added a double ribbon, buttons and Flower. Resize and add a drop shadow to each. Position them as follows:

Open up the Pink Stone and copy and paste onto your image. Resize and duplicate, position one on each of the flowers.

Choose your word art and position along the bottom, ontop of the Pink buckled Ribbon.

Add your tube and of course the copyright for the tube you used and finally add your name with your font of choice!

There you go, You've finished!! Hope you enjoyed this tutorial :o)
