Love is Gorjuss


I wrote this tutorial on 20th January 2008 and any similarity to any other tutorial is purely coincidental. This tutorial asumes you have a good working knowledge of psp and Animation Shop.
Supplies Needed:
Paint Shop Pro (I used 9 but can be done in any version)
Tube of Choice (I used the Gorgeous artwork of ©Suzanne Woolcott aka Gorjuss)

Lets get started!.

Unzip the supplies. Put your Mask in your Masks folder.

Open up a new Image, 500 x 500 and flood fill with white.

Open Clareys Scrap kit and choose your paper of Choice. Copy and paste onto your blank canvas. Apply the mask, Layers --> Load and Save Mask --> Load Mask from Disc. On the Layer palette, Merge Group.

Now Choose your frame of choice and copy and paste it onto your image. resize and add a drop shadow.


Open up the Flower Bow doodle and copy and paste it onto your image. Drop the layer down under the frame. Resize and add a drop shadow.


Choose the image/Tube you want and copy and paste in onto your image. Drop the image layer down under your frame and resize. Position it how you want it and crop the overhang with your selection tool so it fits neatly inside the frame.

Choose the Ribbon heart from Clareys Scrapkit and copy and paste it onto your image over the top of the frame so it looks like its holding it. Resize and add a drop shadow. You now need to crop the edges of your ribbon that over hang the heart. You may have your own way of doing it, but the way I did it was dropped the opacity of the Ribbon Heart so I could see the heart underneath. Then either use the Selection tool set at point to point or the eraser tool and erase the overhang, up to the edges of the heart. Then put the opacity back to 100.

Now copy and paste on the Flower of choice, resize, add a drop shadow. Then duplicate it, resize slightly smaller and place then both together at the end of the ribbon on the Frame. Also add the Love Wordart, recolor to match your tag, resize, add a drop shadow and again place on the ribbon on the Frame.


Finally add your copyright for the tube you used, Artists deserve to be recognised for their work!! and add your name.
